Are you a 'quiet location in the mountains?' or are you 'a place free from tourists, a tranquil spot where you can get away from it all, with fresh mountain air'. You're both, but the first description is a feature and the second is a benefit. Benefits, not features, sell because they create the emotional connections, so always write about your benefits.
