According to my research, about 80% of the traffic is North America based, with a measly 2% from Europe and total Page Views are about half that of, by example, Holiday-Rentals.co.uk and HolidayLettings.co.uk. (See chart)
They have 317 properties listed in Europe and about 1,500 outside of the US. On a quick search I did I only counted about 7,000 US based properties, though they claim a worldwide total of 11,000. However, they also claim to have 3 times the traffic per listing as the competition and that is supported by independent stats.
Based on the traffic per listing comparison it could be a good bet for US based properties, but use it wisely if you are European based.
They claim to be one of the fastest growing listing sites around (which may be true for organic growth).
